RESERVATION policy
A reservation requires a name, contact phone number and credit card information. This information is taken over the phone.
Cancellation policy
In order to avoid the full rental cost charged to the credit card supplied, the reservation must be cancelled 48 hour in advance. For groups with 10 or more machines, 72 hours is necessary.
Overnight rentals
We consider overnight rentals on a case by case basis. Depending on your travel destination, there may be private land issues to consider.
poor weather policy
In the event of poor weather for the reserved ride date, no charges will be processed at the discretion of Mad Mountain Adventures.
Vehicle Inspection policy
Each operator is given the opportunity to inspect the rental vehicle prior to the ride. Any pre-existing conditions, such as scratches, are noted on the renter's check-out form.
Vehicle damages
Any vehicle damages become the operator's financial responsibility.
Multi-day rentals
A rental day starts at 8am each day and ends at 5pm the final rental day.
deposit requirements
A current credit card is required at time of departure for use as a security deposit for each vehicle.
Fuel policy
All vehicles leave full of fuel. In order to avoid a refueling charge, all vehicles must be returned full of fuel.
Extra gear
A limited selection of winter gloves and summer goggles are available for purchase.
