MINIMUM AGE OF OPERATOR
Each operator must be at least 18 years-old with a valid drivers license.
RE-FUELING POLICY
All machines leave with a full tank of fuel and are to be re-fueled before returning.
POOR WEATHER POLICY
If we determine the weather is too poor to ride, there will not be any cancellation charges.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to avoid a 50% rental cost charge to the credit card supplied, the reservation much be cancelled at least three days in advance of the ride date. For groups with ten or more quads, a seven day notice is required.

MACHINE TYPES
All-terrain vehicles are offered in single or double person and the Prowler will carry two adults and two children.
ATV DAMAGES
Each operator will be responsible for ANY damage to the rented machine.
HELMETS
Helmets are included in the rental and are provided for all riders. SD state law requires those under 18 years old to wear a helmet.

CAN I RIDE ALL DAY?
There are a number of off road trails available for riding for days and days.
WHERE CAN I RIDE?
Trails are accessed from directly from our office.
DO I NEED A STICKER?
The four-digit trails require a USFS sticker. These are available online at www.fs.udsa.gov/blackhills
DO I NEED TO LICENSE MY VEHICLE?
Many trails, and county roads for access, require a "highway legal" vehicle. Lawrence County can assist you at 605-578-1862.
CAN MY KIDS RIDE?
Children 12yo and older are able to operate their off-road vehicle on four-digit trails. Passengers of Mad Mountain Summer Adventures should be at least 8yo.
HOW CAN I GET THE USFS MAP?
Some area businesses have the USFS map, otherwise contact the USFS office in Custer at 605-673-9200.
ARE THERE TRAIL SIGNS?
The signs are a natural color brown with trail information in white lettering in the Black Hills National Forest.
ARE THE TRAILS EASY?
Yes, trails are natural ground with beautiful views with some rocks and mostly packed surfaces.
